Job Summary

The Finance Vice President will report to the CFO and play a critical role in financial planning and analysis, providing strategic insights and decision support. Key responsibilities include leading financial planning processes, offering strategic analysis, managing performance measurement, and ensuring integrity of financial information. This role also involves team leadership and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, and Business management required, MBA preferred
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and analytical tools
• 5+ years of M&A or business development experience, preferably at a Private Equity Firm
