As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) at The Blossoms at Cumberland, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications accurately and promptly, following physician's orders.
- Providing emergency care as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
- Managing medication and supply availability, ensuring timely procurement.
- Supervising and supporting fellow team members to maintain high care standards.
- Monitoring and documenting treatment and medication effectiveness.
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
To be considered for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) we are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending the English language.
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school or college, along with CPR certification.
- Willingness to participate in in-service training upon request.
- Basic computer skills.
