Job Description:
The Director of IT, Global ERP Risk and Compliance, will oversee and lead teams responsible for delivering and executing complex Information Technology solutions related to expanding global regulatory requirements. These requirements impact multiple customer and partner-facing applications, including but not limited to SAP and Salesforce integrations. Key responsibilities include business and technical implementation, development, support, and portfolio management of projects involving system and application changes. This director will establish functional business plans and technical project/program objectives that align with the organization’s short and long-term goals, and will work with internal and external partners, utilizing alternative resourcing plans as needed. The director will understand, articulate, and optimize application and process capabilities for use by all business and IT stakeholders, driving architectural standards and simplification. Additionally, the director will ensure that the design, development, delivery, and support of services/solutions are aligned with both business and IT objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manages activities of ICs (typically Expert/Master) and/or MG1s with accountability for a large multi- department area(s) or location(s) with significant impact on business unit results, organizational strategy, and transformational activities. Often carries program management responsibilities with multiple projects.
- Applies mastery level subject matter knowledge and alternative resourcing plans to manage staff activities in solving most complex business/technical issues. May interpret policy or recommend policy exception.
- Responsible for restoration and stability of customer facing assets.
- Understands, articulates, and optimizes application and process capabilities for use by multiple IT constituents.
- Directs and controls activities for a pan-company business or IT area, typically consisting of multiple disciplines. Plans, directs, and monitors high-end operational/tactical activities of staff as well as drives the strategic multi-year plan for the team. May influence or participate in the creation of the domain or sub-domain strategy.
- Drives solutions for complex compliance requirements.
- Understands, articulates, and optimizes application and process capabilities for use by multiple/all business and IT constituents.
- Ensures team meets or enables achievement of relevant IT metrics and commitments per IT business goals and objectives.
- Provides technical as well as people leadership.
- Exerts influence horizontally and vertically in the organization; demonstrates business acumen and applies it for effective business engagement with internal customers and effective management of programs and initiatives.
- Drives change management beyond the immediate team and for the business unit; takes personal ownership of the IT strategy and drives support of it.
- Ensures adherence to compliance.
- Thorough understanding of compliance needs, Deep knowledge of risk assessment, risk and control self-assessments process enhancements, audit methodology, and audit execution.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 12+ years minimum experience leading large global SAP Programs, specific to the S/4 and Order To Cash domain.
- 7+ years of experience as a people leader, managing large geographically distributed teams, including both FTEs and contingent workers.
Knowledge and Skills:
- You have SAP S/4 experience.
- You have 12+ years’ experience architecting and implementing SAP S/4 solutions primarily on finance and order to cash domain.
- You have deep experience around planning, configuration, developing and deploying SAP Solutions.
- You have extensive knowledge of SAP S/4 architecture and key domain areas such as SAP Finance & Order to Cash.
- You have experience leading onshore/offsite development managing key assets.

Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay.
