Travel Nurse (RN) - Tele/Stepdown (Telemetry/PCU) - Hermitage, Tennessee - 89606

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - PCU

Shift : Days / 7a-7p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, every other weekend

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• TN License
• 2 Years Experience
• Must have Critical thinking skills, EKG rhythm interpretation, cardiac drip, insulin drip and heparin drip experience
• Experience with bipaps, high flow 02 and multiple oxygen delivery systems.
• Experience with stroke and post cardiac cath care
• Experience with tube feedings and NG/dobhoff tubes
• BLS
• ACLS
• Peritoneal dialysis experience preferred
• Peripheral iv skills preferred

Other Details:

• May have to float in between PCU units or float to med-surg floors
• Number of Beds : 630 has 34 beds/ 633 has 25
• Patient Ratios : 1:4 to 1:5 on days, 1:5 to 1:6 on nights
• Type of equipment : bipaps, high flow o2, vapotherm, alaris pumps, cardiac drips, heparin drips, insulin drips, peritoneal dialysis. Wound vacs in conjunction with wound care
• Documentation system: Meditech
