Job Description

Rate of Pay: $14.00 per hour

The Glenview at Pelican Bay is a premier continuing care retirement community located in beautiful, sunny Naples, Florida.

We are currently considering candidates for a hospitality focused Dietary Aide. Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding and superior hospitality. We currently have the following shifts available: Full-time.

Dietary Aides at The Glenview at Pelican Bay provide assistance in all food functions.

The Dietary Aide will assist our clients with services including but not limited to:
  • Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
  • Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis.
  • Set up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etc.
  • Assist cook in preparing meals.
  • Distribute and collect menus as necessary.
  • Deliver food carts, trays, etc., to designated areas.
  • Prepare and deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.
Skills/Qualifications:

High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED). Must pass an extensive criminal background check and drug screen.

Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.
