- Administer general nursing care under the direction of healthcare providers.
- Prepare patients for examinations, including preliminary physical tests and interviews.
- Handle chart preparation and point-of-care testing.
- Administer medications, and injections, and collect lab specimens.
- Complete prior authorizations for diagnostic testing and medications.
- Ensure proper follow-up and communication to avoid unnecessary hospital readmissions.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
- Manage clinical supplies, stock, and exam rooms.
- Assist in office treatments and examinations.
- Deliver top-notch customer service for a positive patient experience.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
- New York State LPN license in good standing. (New graduates will also be considered).
- Proven work experience in a healthcare facility is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT Codes, CPR Certification, and strong clinical skills preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with computer proficiency.
