Compensation: $22-28/HR DOE
Shift: FRI/SAT/SUN (5am - 5:30pm)

What You ll Do:
As a CNC Router Operator III you will be responsible for set-up and operation of the CNC Router in compliance with inch and metric drawing specifications in an ISO 9000 Certified Environment. Function in leadership role for CNC Router Operators I/II to include training and mentoring.

What You Need to Have:
6-8+ years in manufacturing environment, machining experience required.Good math skills in trigonometry.Good hand eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to carefully handle fragile products, perform repetitive tasks, and demonstrate safety awareness.Able to maintain and inspect functional tooling.Must be able to read and understand machine codes.Must be able to read and interpret engineered drawings in decimal and fractional inch units.Demonstrated ability to use and read precision measuring devices in thousandths.Demonstrated ability to set up CNC machine loading programs, tools, fixtures and setting tool offsets.Demonstrated ability to identify various cutting tools and materials utilized.Demonstrated ability to differentiate and machine various plastics including WPP, NPP, FRPP, Polycarbonate, PVC, Acrylic, UHMW, Delrin, PTFE, PFA, and PVDF.Record labor for job tracking.Document Red lines, monitor Line side inventory and interact with engineering on designs of parts.Able to take lead on large projects from start to finish and give advice on corrective actions that need to be taken.
Preferred:
6-8+ years of CNC Router operating experience requiredHigh School or Trade School diploma - AA Degree in Machine TechnologyAbility to lift 35lb objects, and stand for extended amounts of time
