Senior Analyst - Financial Services Organization – BCM Technology – Service Delivery Center: Primary location for this role is in GA.

The opportunity
Work as part of the SDC project team delivering EY's capabilities in configurations, integration and validations of packaged solutions and platforms (Fiserv, FIS, Temenos, etc.) as well as off-platform services across front / middle / back-office business processes in the Consumer Banking, Capital Markets, or Commercial Banking domains.
The Technology Solutions Delivery practice offers global and regional financial services clients the assistance needed to improve their performance in a rapidly changing business environment. We assemble experienced multidisciplinary teams, use consistent and proven global methodologies and draw on the full breadth of EY's global reach, depth of capabilities and knowledge. Collectively, the group has a comprehensive skill set, which supports the delivery of technology, operations, compliance, and risk projects for top clients in the U.S. financial services industry. Over the last several years, the Banking Team has played leadership roles in delivering complex digital development, technology / business transformation, platform modernization, operations redesign and restructuring initiatives. Collectively, these projects span the consumer, capital markets and wholesale banking industries.
Your key responsibilities
The Senior Analyst will work across all phases of a project including but not limited to:
Contribute to engagement team to integrate client’s strategy, process, people, and technology
Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress
Leverage data and technology to assist senior team members in providing innovative solutions to client’s challenges
Assist in preparing high quality work products for clients in a timely manner
Skills and attributes for success
Key Technology Concepts (including but not limited to):
Multiple facets of the SDLC across a range of methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, etc.), focused on either solution architecture, requirements definition, UX / UI design, systems analysis, technical design, data analysis, testing and implementation
Business architecture domains and exposure to industry frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIAN)
Documenting business and system requirements as well as functional specifications
Supporting the implementation of Core Banking software products and systems (e.g., Lending, Deposit vendor solutions)
An understanding of the following key technology concepts (including but not limited to):
Enterprise Application Architecture
Microservices / Microapps
Service Oriented Architecture
PaaS / BaaS / SaaS / IaaS
Mobile Technology
Cognitive Services
Cloud
Financial Services experience is a plus
To qualify for the role, you must have
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or other related Technical field
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years' experience working as technology professional, financial services industry or comparable experience working in financial technologies is a plus
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Business System Analysis including Data Analysis, Data Mapping and Conversion
Business and IT process reengineering
Platform and System Implementations (e.g. Configurations, Validations, Deployments, Integrations)
Post-Production Support
Enterprise application integration
Quality assurance and automation testing
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Ideally, you'll also have
Familiarity with any of the following vendor platforms is a plus:
Core Banking Systems (e.g., Fiserv, FIS, Temenos, Jack Henry, Infosys)
Payments Solutions (e.g., TSYS, Global PayPlus, ACI, FIS Payment One, WorldPay)
Lending Platforms (e.g., AFS Vision, Black Knight, Baker Hill)
Capital Markets solutions (e.g., Broadridge, Murex, Beacon)

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $66,300 to $135,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $79,500 to $153,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
