The Associate Application Developer, Full Stack role will be responsible for learning and assisting the broader process of developing and deploying enhancements and/or new applications used in local, networked, cloud-based or internet-related computer programs. They will work under the supervision of a senior, experienced in programming languages, tools, and delivery models and collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions. This role requires an understanding of programming languages, tools, and delivery models, as well as the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. The incumbent will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including project teams, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the development process is running smoothly. Ultimately, the incumbent will assist in ensuring the organization's software applications are effective, efficient, and provide a seamless experience for the end-users. Gather and document system requirements, to create a clear and comprehensive understanding of the project Research and analyze coding best practices and help with routine development tasks Gather necessary information about the installation and maintenance of software, as well as organize that information into an accessible format Collect feedback from various stakeholders such as users, developers, and project managers, assisting in maintaining transparency and communication Monitor industry news and trends, contributing to the research of emerging technologies and programming languages This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa. This position has a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and the option for working remotely two days. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or in lieu of a degree, at least 2 years of experience in application development or application engineering Skills and Experience Required: 0-2 years of years of experience in software development, specifically in application development engineering General knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Ruby Basic knowledge of software development tools such as Git or Jenkins Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to support and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Technical Skills Required: Database Management Systems Front-end Development Tools Programming Languages Cloud Technologies & Platforms Data Analysis Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Methodology Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Front-End Coding Languages Web Services & APIs Systems Integration Software Testing & Quality Assurance Methodologies & Tools Automated Testing Tools Personal Attributes Advanced analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
