We are seeking an Item Data Specialist at JOCKEY where you'll have the opportunity to work for a globally recognized brand in our corporate office located in Kenosha, WI. This highly visible position offers cross-functional exposure and growth potential for the right candidate. The Item Data Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate product data within our product management systems and syndicating the data to Jockeys marketplace and account websites. The Item Data Specialist position requires analytical and problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and the ability to work with a cross-functional team including marketers, merchandisers and account executives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ensure timely delivery of digital item data to all account and marketplace partners, adhering to launch date requirements Oversee product activation and validate all item data including, but not limited to, product titles, price points, product imagery, etc. working with account teams and digital site merchandisers to remediate any discrepencies Establish, document and execute streamlined processes as they relate to all digital activities for partner websites Adhere to partner website imagery and copy guidelines and best practices to ensure Jockey product data is accurate and meets partner requirements Understand marketplace product data needs, updating Salsify properites and values ensuring accurate product data for marketplace and partener sites Partner with IT integrations and the Senior Director of Marketplaces to understand marketplace priorities and goals As part of the item data team to ensure product data is consistent across entire digital ecosystem Conduct regular site reviews and audits of partner websites to ensure that Jockey has a best-in-class presentation MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in business, marketing or equivalent combination of related education and experience Previous experience working with product data in a digital merchandising capacity is preferred Comfortable creating Excel formulas preferred, but not required Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, strong organizational skills; pro-active problem solving abilities Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Self-motivated deliver work at the highest quality standards Commitment to continuing education and keeping up to date with industry trends and technology Occasional availability on nights and weekends to support marketing campaigns and product updates Able to work well collaboratively in a team environment
