Position Summary
Responsible for moving materials, supplies, components to designated areas within the facility. Printing and process of pick tickets, labels, and shop orders (SOs). Picking/packing of orders and processing for shipment. Organize and wraps skids. Load and unload trucks. Receive purchase and manufacturing orders. Maintain accurate counts of parts through processes such as cycle counts and location audits
Essential Job Functions and AccountabilitiesResponsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliationsFulfilling pull tickets and getting parts to proper location in a timely mannerOperating, loading/unloading trucksAbility to identify, label parts and ensure quantity of parts to be shippedMust be able to work independentlyMust be able to use counting scaleAbility to follow up on pull ticketsAbility to learn and retain general knowledge of quantification of parts along with when and where they goAbility to read MOs and obtain correct product type and quantity to runInform Supervisor of any issues with operation or qualityMaintain a clean workstation and facilityMust wear proper PPE at all times and conform to all safety rules and regulationsPerform any other task asked by ManagementQualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have shipping, receiving experienceMust have inventory experience, including cycle countPrevious lift truck experience with OSHA certification preferredMust be computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite.Must be able to lift/push/pull minimal of 40 lbsMust have basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measureMust have handheld power tool experienceSoftware Skills
