Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in SCRANTON, Pennsylvania. The role involves high-level administrative support within the Healthcare sector. The successful candidate will act as a liaison with various internal departments and external community partners, managing and coordinating various administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Manage, prioritize, and redirect emails, calendars, and clinical appointments as necessary. Coordinate, prepare, and oversee complex travel plans and itineraries. Draft official business correspondences and ensure all phone calls are answered professionally. Assist in the preparation and delivery of reports, publications, speeches, and presentations to various stakeholders. Oversee and train new administrative assistants supporting clinical operations. Manage and track Paid Time Off (PTO) for clinicians, ensuring all forms are completed accurately, coverage is maintained, and PTO usage complies with company policies. Assist in community-focused events and provide administrative support in clinical settings when necessary. Utilize skills in Concur, CRM, Calendar Management, Communication, Conference Calls, and Correspondence to carry out duties efficiently. Train new physicians on processes such as patient satisfaction survey follow-up, PTO process, timecards, and navigating Paylocity system for resources Requirements Position Requirements: Bachelor's Degree highly preferred. Strong multitasking, organizational and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Flexibility in schedule is a must as some duties may require non-traditional work hours.
