Job Title: Onsite Virtual Nurse
Position Purpose:
Join our dedicated team at MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center, where RNs have a unique opportunity to deliver patient care through virtual platforms. In this role, you will assess and care for patients using video conferencing technology, ensuring seamless admissions, discharges, and patient education within our acute care unit.
What You Will Do:Collaborate and communicate effectively to facilitate optimal patient care through computerized and digital platforms.Manage the comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of each patient's care plan from admission to discharge.Shift Availability:
Full-Time:
Day Shift: 7 AM - 7 PMNight Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
Part-Time/PRN options also availableMinimum Qualifications:
