Salesforce CRMA Lead

Trident Consulting is seeking a " Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Consultant " for one of our clients in Fountain Valley CA (Onsite) Role: Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Consultant Location: Fountain Valley CA Type: Contract Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Consultant to join our team and lead efforts in the design, development, and implementation of Tableau CRM (formerly known as Einstein Analytics) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data visualization, predictive analytics, and data flow management within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, build dashboards, and support business decisions with actionable data. Key Responsibilities: Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain Tableau CRM dashboards and customized visualizations to provide business insights across sales, marketing, and service units. Dataflow & Integration: Manage and configure CRMA dataflows , recipes , and data integration with Salesforce and external systems to ensure accurate, real-time data availability. Predictive Analytics: Leverage Einstein Discovery to create predictive models and deliver prescriptive recommendations to business teams. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business analysts , product owners , and end-users to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Deployment & Maintenance: Utilize deployment tools such as COPADO and Changeset for seamless integration of analytics solutions into production environments. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Tableau CRM assets, including managing user access, permissions, and security settings. Training & Enablement: Conduct user training sessions and documentation for self-service reporting and dashboard utilization. Qualifications: Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM , Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics ), Salesforce Reporting , and Einstein Discovery . Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SAQL , SOQL , JSON , and dataflow management within the Salesforce ecosystem. Deployment Experience: Proficient with COPADO , Changeset , and other deployment tools for implementing changes across Salesforce environments. Data Visualization: Experience with BI tools like Tableau , Power BI , and advanced dashboard design principles. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and predictive analytics. Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and interacting with business stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Salesforce Certifications : CRM Analytics and Discovery Consultant , Salesforce Administrator , Platform App Builder certifications are a plus. Project Management Tools : Experience with Jira , VersionOne , Rally , or similar tools for managing projects and tracking user stories.
