Full Stack Developer

Position Title: Full Stack Developer Location: Lisle, IL (Hybrid Work Model: On-site Tuesdays/Wednesdays, with a flexible third day of the candidate's choice) Duration: 1-Year Contract (with potential for extension) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team on a one-year contract basis, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on back-end development while also possessing front-end capabilities. This role will be pivotal in developing and maintaining robust applications that leverage cloud technologies and modern frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Back-End Development: Design, implement, and maintain back-end services using .NET technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and optimize APIs and server-side logic. Database Management: Utilize SQL for database design, development, and optimization. Ensure data integrity and performance across all applications. Cloud Integration: Work with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps to deploy and manage applications in a cloud environment. Implement CI/CD pipelines to enhance development processes. Front-End Development: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build responsive and engaging front-end interfaces using React and Next.js, ensuring a seamless user experience. Code Quality & Documentation: Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews. Maintain thorough documentation of applications and systems for future reference and onboarding. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications, identifying and resolving issues promptly. Required Skills and Experience: Proficient in .NET: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with .NET frameworks, with a strong emphasis on back-end development. SQL Expertise: Solid understanding of SQL and experience in database design and management. Cloud Experience: Familiarity with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps tools, including deployment and continuous integration practices. Front-End Frameworks: Experience with React and Next.js, showcasing a capability to develop user-friendly interfaces. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
