QA Engineer for a innovative dropshipping startup

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. You will work closely with their development team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that their products meet the highest standards of quality before launch.Location: This is an in office role. The office is located at: 1401 Forum Way Suite 500 West Palm Beach FL 33401.Primary Job Duties:Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for web applications.Execute tests to ensure software quality.Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality.Perform regression testing after code changes.Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies.Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.Required skills and competencies:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience with manual testing techniques for web applications.Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.Familiarity with agile frameworks and regression testing.Understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Experience with RESTful APIs and backend services.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with the Shopify platform and e-commerce is a plus.
