ABOUT YOU As an IT Support Technician I , you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both over the phone and in person. You'll troubleshoot a variety of hardware, software, and peripheral issues, support printers and conference rooms, and manage IT inventory from start to finish. Your role is critical in ensuring a smooth workflow for our end users and representing the entire IS department. Job Requirements: Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with end users and leadership. Excellent listening skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience with documenting issues and resolutions in a ticketing system. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
