Support Engineering Dept. Stamping P&C Drawings. Support, monitor and review suppliers and Contractor Documentation. Undertake training sessions on Document Management Systems with staff and external contractors. Attend project Kick off Meetings as required. Administration of records, drawings, and documents in accordance with the Quality Management System and other specifications. Establish and maintain project drawings registers. Establish individual project document transmittals. Coordinate the project Final File with Construction and Drawing Office. Coordinate final project archive. Qualifications / Requirements: Working knowledge of Document Management Systems with particular emphasis placed on document control procedures. Ability to interpret and present information in a logical and orderly manner. Strong IT and administration skills. Experience of ISO 9001 Quality Management. Inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to form effective working relationships with other individuals, departments, and businesses. 'To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate as minimum'. Previous Document Control Experience. Excellent Literacy skills. Proven ability to work within a changing workload to agreed timescales. Be a proficient IT user on word, Excel, and a recognized database software package.
