CRM Specialist Position Summary: The CRM Specialist is responsible for launching email campaigns and push notifications, evaluating their effectiveness and collaborating with stakeholders to provide insightful feedback. This role requires working closely with both the creative and development teams, alongside merchandisers, to brainstorm, create and implement automated marketing campaigns. Responsibilities Manage end to end production process for CRM campaign audience and canvases. Work with creative team and business stakeholders to ensure concepts align with objectives. Collaborate with merchandisers on ideas and results. QA all emails, ensuing content is accurate and links work to provide the customer with a positive experience. Optimize results for CRM campaigns by testing subject lines, creative, copy, etc. Be data driven in analyzing results and recommending next steps/campaigns. Be the expert on email best practice, technologies, and trends. Provide and implement recommendations for continual improvement of CRM campaign process. Perform other special projects, as needed. Work Experience 2 years experience with HTML, CSS, and campaign creation. Knowledge of CRM, HTML, CSS, and campaign creation. Bachelor's degree required. Understanding of API, marketing automation, and Liquid script a plus. Resourceful, self-driven, accountable/reliable, and excellent follow up communication. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong people skills. Working Conditions Company office, 5 days a week in corporate office.
