Senior Land Records Analyst

Job Summary
Responsible for providing administrative support to the southern Region Land Team while working with in-house staff to ensure organization and management of company records associated with surface agreements, rights of way, leases, contracts, and other land-related documents. This position will report to Director, Land in the South Region.
Key Accountabilities
Organize land files during Acquisition, Construction and Operations of the Midstream AssetsAnalyze and determine ownership based on title reports, assignments, and transfers of interest.Work closely with company personnel on review of acquired land records.Assist in coordinating conversion, upload, organization or input of documents and dataAssist with company representatives to obtain records, data, and other pertinent information.Prepares needed reports as required.Review Agreements to assure quality document generation and internal compliance to policies and procedures.Prepare extensions, correspondence, and other related documents standard to industry position.Reviews and prepares documents for public recordings.Performs updates to the database for the Southern Land Region.Work with internal personnel in maintaining and updating an accurate parcel map layer for company's GIS database.Handles complex and unusual projects with others or independently.Performs other related duties and/or special projects as required.Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely and effective project communication.Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree and/or five years' experience in the oil/gas industry or related field. Knowledge of electronic document management systems is a plus.
Other Qualifications Preferred:
Texas or Louisiana Land Experience
Other Requirements:
Strong knowledge of terms in Right-of-Ways and other types of Land Agreements.Strong computer and software skills including in MS Word and Excel.Work well with others and with minimal supervision.Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.Working knowledge of Title, Land Purchase Reports, Surface Use Agreements, Right-of-Way and Easement Agreements and all other land related documents.Self-motivated.Detail oriented and accuracy is a must.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
