As a member of the CAD/CAM team, you will be an active contributor to the factory volume ramp and standardization efforts. Job Description What youll do Create robotic motion programs for thermal barrier spray and blend processes Validate robotic motion programs for shop floor application Work cross-functionally and with Engineering teams to develop tooling, spray parameters, blending processes, and new thermal or blend equipment designs Provide daily operator support in the form of robotic programming and troubleshooting support Develop new robotic automation process technology Generate and support workstation instructions as needed Initiate and lead process improvement projects to improve safety, quality, cost and delivery Provide effective communication to appropriate team members when needed. Work effectively as an individual and in a team-based environment in a matrixed organization. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while embracing and driving positive change inside and outside the organization when appropriate. What youll bring (Basic Qualifications) Bachelors Degree, Associates Degree, or Machinist Apprentice (or similar) graduate with 3 years of experience with robotic programming[OR] High School Degree w/6 years of experience with robotic programming 3 years robotic programming experience with Roboguide What will make you stand out Bachelor degree in Engineering in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science Familiarity with robotic automated blend or thermal spray systems Familiarity with thermal spray coatings including Air Plasma Spray (APS) and High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) Familiarity with FANUC robotic and automation systems Strong technical aptitude with systems such as Roboguide Proficiency at robot I/O management and troubleshooting robotic systems logic Experience programming PLCs & HMIs Demonstrated proficiency interpreting drawing requirements. Ability to multi-task and productively manage multiple projects concurrently. Experience with Siemens NX software For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $ 90,400.00 - 120,500.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidates experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for [0% annual bonus.
