Manage daily calendars for multiple executives, showcasing the ability to multi-task and prioritize.Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.Handle meeting coordination and office event planning.Manage office operations including the ordering of supplies, overseeing vendor contracts, and working with on-site property management.Perform additional administrative and office support projects as assigned.About You:

4+ years of experience supporting a team or multiple executives.Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative working style with strong attention to detail.About the Position:

$70K-$75K salary range, depending on experience.Works on-site 5x/week in the Georgetown headquarters.Comprehensive benefits package and on-site parking provided!
