This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative energy solutions, pushing boundaries in the oil, gas, and water industries. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading our R&D team, driving continuous development and integration of cutting-edge technologies. This role is ideally suited for an individual with a strong background in agile project management, hardware and software development, and a deep understanding of the energy sector.Responsibilities: Lead and manage the R&D team in designing and developing innovative solutions for the energy industry. Utilize your expertise in agile and scrum methodologies to drive project execution and deliverables. Oversee the integration of hardware and software systems, including Linux, C/C++, Python, Java, and robotics. Drive automation and continuous integration/continuous development (CI/CD) processes across projects. Conduct open source scanning and research to stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in the energy sector. Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies. Oversee the development and integration of embedded systems, focusing on gas flow, low power, and UI/UX design. Utilize your knowledge of mechanical systems, quality processes, and product development to deliver top-tier solutions. Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the performance and efficiency of our systems. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the design and development of energy solutions.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, preferably in the energy industry. Proven experience with agile and scrum methodologies. Strong technical skills in hardware and software development, including Linux, C/C++, Python, Java, and robotics. Experience with automation and CI/CD. Knowledge of the energy sector, particularly oil, gas, water, and wastewater management. Experience with embedded system integration, gas flow, low power, and UI/UX design. Familiarity with mechanical systems, quality processes, and product development. Experience with data analysis, lasers, machine design, temperature and pressure flow, chemical analyzers, batteries, and hydrogen technologies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
