Job Summary
Based in Chicago, IL, the Levy/Rank + Rally Home Office is base for our Company’s leadership, including regional teams, support functions and specialist teams. This diverse and highly specialized group of over 250 professionals provide the resources, tools, and support our location leaders need to effectively serve our partners, guests, and teams.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Analytics, the Sr. Analyst/Manager of Strategy & Analytics for Rank + Rally will partner with key stakeholders across the organization on projects that drive the business forward. In this role, you will utilize a combination of data analytics, creative problem-solving, and presentation skills to work with internal and external stakeholders. You will be tasked with building analytics content for business reviews, presenting insights to operators and clients, and with helping Rank + Rally identify, source, and pilot emerging technologies for both in-venue stores and e-commerce websites.
Serves as a key strategic and analytics resource for Rank + Rally’s SVP as well as for business development and existing client retention. Works on a team with other strategy, analytics, and technology-focused members, all reporting to the Director of Strategy & Analytics.
Identify and evaluate ad hoc projects that require analytics support, including inventory analysis, pricing optimization, KPI reporting, labor optimization, demand planning, and ROI evaluation.
Travel to Rank + Rally locations around the United States for client meetings, tech launches, special events support, and business development.
Build case studies highlighting key technology initiatives, costs, operational considerations, and KPIs to measure the success of those initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Professional Knowledge or Experience in the Following
Excel
Data Visualization (Tableau preferred)
SQL (Snowflake experience preferred)
PowerPoint
Ability to work with operators, executives, and other analytics resources and to communicate effectively across multiple clients, sports, and personalities
Great work ethic with a strong sense of urgency to support teammates and clients
Ability to adapt and pivot as business needs and priorities change
Experience using data visualization tools or PowerPoint to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
2-5 years of experience in a related field such as analytics, technology, e-commerce, marketing, retail/merchandising
