" Scrum Master "
for one of our client. A global leader in business and technology services.

Job Summary:• Have a good understanding on Agile principles.• Has to run team on Scrum / Scaled agile framework.• Have good understanding on Waterfall and Agile SDLC process.• Have exposure to migrating teams from Waterfall to Agile SDLC process.• Have exposure to working with multi-vendor team that achieves same deliverable goal.• Have understanding on Agile frameworks like Kanban/ Lean/ Scrum/ Spotify.• Have project management skills including but not limited to financial management and people management.• Communication should be excellent.• Should be able to enable Cognizant to achieve new positions and opportunity in allocated area.
Experience: 8-12 yrs in total• 7+ years in project management• 7+ yrs in Scaled Agile, with additional experience In Budget Management, Service Management, SOW experience• Must be SAFe certified
Top 3 Must Haves :• Have understanding on Agile frameworks like Kanban/ Lean/ Scrum/ Spotify.• Have knowledge on tools like Version One (preferred) or CA Agile or Jira.• Have good understanding on "Test driven development " in Agile.
Nice to Have Skills:• Healthcare domain experience
