programmer-analyst iv. madison , wisconsin posted 10 days ago job details summary $43 - $48 per hour contract bachelor degree category computer and mathematical occupations reference1069562 job details job summary: This request is for a programmer/analyst for the DCF Family and Economic Support Technical Services (FESTS) Section child support systems and will provide expert level programming and analysis for KIDS Mainframe and distributed applications on projects with federal, state, administrative mandate. location: Madison, Wisconsin job type: Contract salary: $43 - 48 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Project duties will also include scheduling, analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, ad hoc reporting (SAS), development of user documentation, training materials and help screens. First consideration will be given to those candidates that have experience with child support enforcement systems or large case management, financial or state automated systems (i.e., UI, TANF, TAX). Preference will be given to qualified candidates with business in DCF Child Support business area, prior experience with the KIDS system, and familiarity with client's application systems, procedures, and development standards.
