TravelSalary: $3,644.00/weekMedical specialty: MRI TechnologistStandard shift: NightsWeekly schedule: 3x12Specialty: Progressive Care UnitShift Timings: Monday - Friday | 10:00 PM - 06:30 AMJob Requirements:We are seeking an MRI Technologist to join our team.You must have an associate degree in magnetic resonance imaging or radiology.Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is a plus.Our ideal candidate knows how to operate the MRI machine efficiently, can make patients feel comfortable before and during the scanning procedure, and coordinates with the patient's physician to ensure the results are received in a timely manner.You also must be familiar with medical terminology and be able to stand for extended periods.MRI Technologist Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain a clean and safe scanning facilityCoordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imagingPrepare patients for scans and explain the procedure to help them feel comfortableInsert IVs when necessary for the testDocument all procedures while maintaining the confidentiality of patient informationCertifications:Two (2) Years' ExperienceBLS (American Heart Association ONLY)Must have GE Scanner experience.Level 1 Trauma Center ExperiencePreferred:Certification through the ARRT or a similar organization (preferred) - must be willing to obtain this after startingProKatchers LLC is revolutionizing healthcare staffing!
