Certification Details BLS, PALS, ACLS, Nursys, License/Certificate Verification, MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and TB Questionnaire, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, Varicella, Tdap, and various Ascension specific credential requirements. Job Details 18 month minimum Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU experience required. Nurse : Patient Ratio by shift: 1:1, 1:2 for ICU status, 1:3 for stepdown/non ICU in overflow unit. Job Requirements Certifications Required: BLS, PALS Certifications Preferred: ACLS Additional Details Must be AHA certified for various certifications. Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here. Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer: Exemptions are NOT accepted for persons working in certain areas. Annual requirements like Fit Test and Influenza Vaccine. Health Statement or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually there after. Criminal Background Checks, Education Verification, Drug Screening, and other Ascension specific credentials and onboarding requirements.
