To Apply for this Job Click HereOpenings: 2 seperate openings - working onsite in Dodgeville, WILength: 6 month contract to hireRates: based on experience level $25-$40 p/hr W2 candidates only!!Position 1 - IT Sr Support Technician with AV experienceThe primary needs of the role are in hands on computing hardware/software and A/V hardware and software setup/configuration/troubleshooting and providing second level support for issues not solvable by the Service Desk team (or that require physical support). A can-do spirit, and collaborative approach to troubleshooting and team or user engagement is expected.

Intermediate ability to provide Level 2 desktop support through remote solutionsIntermediate troubleshooting and repair of Windows 10 & 11 OS'Intermediate troubleshooting and repair of MacOS devicesIntermediate understanding and troubleshooting of hardware: including Windows and Mac desktops and laptops, mobile devices, printers and scanners, VoIP phones, monitors, and audio/visual and conferencing devicesSolid understanding of Thin Clients and Cloud PCsFamiliarity with Azure services, cloud services/technologies, and general networking is beneficialAbility to do installs, replacements, or removals for the hardware and software classes mentionedBasic understanding of Active Directory and Azure concepts and managementPosition 2 - IT Sr Support Technician with Distribution Center Support experience

Experience supporting Distribution Center Operations. Experience with Blazer printer setup, config & support, Zebra scanner setup, configuration & support, experience support CAD workstations would all be extremely beneficialProficient knowledge of software such as MS Office Suite - O365, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePointSolid understanding of Thin Clients and Cloud PCsFamiliarity with Azure services, cloud services/technologies, and general networking is beneficialAccurately record, update, and document all work using ServiceNow - experience with other enterprise-scale ITSM platforms is acceptableAssist team in developing and maintaining support or user documentation as necessaryConfigure, install, manage, and troubleshoot standard end user and audio-video hardware and softwareProvide general setup, support & troubleshooting of Distribution Center Systems.
