Job Title: Quality Assurance Administrator
Job Description
This role provides essential support to quality assurance specialists, ensuring the highest standards in production processes. The Quality Assurance Administrator will be responsible for preparing and issuing batch records and labels, releasing raw materials, and assisting with non-conformance investigations. This role also involves interpreting and complying with company quality system standards, compiling data for the trending program, and auditing previous batch records.
Responsibilities
+ Provide support to quality assurance specialists.
+ Perform line clearance to prepare for production.
+ Prepare and issue batch records and labels.
+ Release raw materials to begin production.
+ Assist in carrying out non-conformance investigations.
+ Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality system standards.
+ Compile data to support the trending program.
+ File completed records including batch records, on-site training records, completed validations, calibration records, and qualification records.
+ Audit previous batch records.
+ Handle compliance documentation and reporting.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Wednesday to Saturday from 7am to 5:30pm. The role involves working primarily on a laptop in an office setting. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gowns and hair nets are required when working with raw materials. The work environment can be loud at times. No heavy lifting is required.
