Job Description:Registered Nurse: Cardiovascular, Thoracic Telemetry unit.Unit Description:4H is a 23 bed telemetry unit. This unit specializes in post-op CABG patients, post-op cardiac surgery, CHF and moderate risk chest pain patients. The population has multiple co-morbidities and complex care.
