Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)Can submit with pending license but must have WV RDCS - Adult license active to start assignmentExperience Required: Adult Echo - Bubble Study, Imaging with Contrast Agents, M-Mode, TEE, PACS, Portable StudiesEcho Experience Preferred: Adult Echo - 3/D Echo, Pharm Stress Echo, RVIT/RVOT, Treadmill Stress Echo; Peds Echo – Routine, Scanning Complex AnomaliesEquipment Experience Required: PACS, PhillipsEquipment Experience Preferred: GE, SiemensSubmission Requirements: Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked permSchedule Information

Valid Drivers License is required.Social Security Card required.Please require if the candidate is working on a compact license.Pass/fail testing is required for Nursing candidates ONLY.Candidates will have two attempts to pass each exam.Required Exams: EKG Exam, Medication Calculation Exam, Blood Administration TestCPI Blue Card is required for specific units, online courses are not accepted.
