Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

• Full-time permanent position
• Monday-Friday (Schedule to be discussed during the interview)
• The clinic position will include 25-30 clinic patients/day anticipated volume to include fracture care and post op visits
• The hybrid position will also include assisting in 7-10 surgeries per week, following post op patients in the hospital, goal of 25-30 clinic patients on clinic days to include pre-op/post-op visits
• Joining a strong support staff of Physicians as Advanced Providers
• Please have 1 year of related experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome
