This position is for a Weekend Block Schedule.Job Requirements
Must be AHA BLS certified.Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here.Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RNs and LPN/LVNs. Nursys should be used to review ALL license activity in all states, not just the state of placement.Pharmacology 1,2 exam required.Ascension Medical Surgical Exam completion required.Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years: Ascension Color Vision.HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics training required.Exam and answer key found in Document Library. Agency is required to give and grade the test. Score needs to be 90% or higher with only 2 attempts: Ascension EKG Exam.Ascension Core Competencies training required.Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation to be uploaded by the Agency.Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding to be done onsite.Ascension Skills Checklist - Clinical only; Required annually in specialty.Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to the start of the first assignment with the client, updated annually thereafter.Unit Specific Information
