Certification Details BLS and ACLS certifications required Current nursing license with primary source verification Job Details 10 weeks - EOW; EOH; 2 years PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience required; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed Schedule Information 10 weeks contract length EOW (Every Other Week) EOH (Every Other Holiday) Additional Details Must be AHA-certified in BLS and ACLS Nursing only - Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYS Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine for Hepatitis B Flu season starts Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers Annual Fit Test required Proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence, or verification of varicella or herpes zoster (shingles) by a healthcare provider required Annual Health Statement or physical exam required Tdap vaccine valid for 10 years required Ascension-specific credentials required prior to and during assignment
