Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: Canton, GA
Schedule: Full-Time, 3-Week Rotating Schedule

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Rotating)
• Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Rotating)
• Late Shift: One late shift per week
• Weekend Work: Required every 3-4 weeks

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our practice in Canton, GA. This full-time position offers a structured rotating schedule that includes both weekday and weekend hours. The Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality care to a patient population averaging 18-20 patients per day, with a focus on family practice and urgent care services. 1 year of experience in family practice or urgent care is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care and urgent care services to patients across the lifespan.
• Perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and implement treatment plans.
• Manage an average of 18-20 patients per day in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct routine check-ups, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Georgia.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in family practice or urgent care required.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
