You will be part of a supportive caregiver family that will be united in shared values and purpose to fulfill our promise of being the best place to receive care and the best place to work in healthcare.**A caregiver in this position works Day/ Night Rotation, from 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am.**A caregiver who excels in this role will:+ Provide direct nursing care.+ Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.+ Monitor, record, document and communicate patients' conditions.+ Administer prescribed medications and treatments.+ Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.+ Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.+ Educate patients and their families.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:+ Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.+ Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).+ One-year of current acute care RN experience. Will consider military RN experience.+ If in a Critical Care area an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) Certification must be presented upon hire or within first year of employment.Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:+ Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN).Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
