The
Executive Assistant, Operations and Asset Management
will provide executive-level support to the Senior Vice President, Operations and Asset Management. The primary responsibilities of this role are to maintain the schedule, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, provide logistical and travel support. Provide high-level administrative support and work on complex related projects. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, comfortable with heavy calendar management, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance across internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:Act independently to organize and support meetings, conferences, and events. The primary focus will be on SVP, but coordination across SVP's direct reports will also be requiredManage and maintain SVP's Calendar, create meeting invites and agendasAttend meetings as required and prepare meeting minutes, notes, and action logsProvide high-level administrative support, including document assimilation, preparation, and quality assuranceAct as liaison between SVP and internal and external contactsPlan and book all SVP business travel and expense reports, including preparation of all necessary forms and documentsCheck and maintain SVP email Inbox; forward, escalate, and respond as necessaryQualifications:
High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferredA minimum of 5 years of executive supportProven demonstration of analytical and problem-solving skillsA notary in Texas is not required but preferredGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to quickly learn new technology programsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePointAble to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsGood phone skillsKnowledge of how to navigate office technologyConfidentialityA high degree of integrityThis position is an office-based role with some travel and visits to other RWECE offices and field locationsMust be able to sit, walk, or stand for long durations of time
