Program will allow candidates who are within the state (Any location within the United States). Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas. We prefer candidates that have a current LinkedIn profile. Description : Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system. Required Skills: 12 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer 8 years of cloud experience STRONGLY preferred. 8 years of Proven front-end development experience STRONGLY preferred HTML/CSS, Javascript, and React JS. 4 years of Proven back-end development experience using Java STRONGLY preferred. 4 years of Proven database development experience STRONGLY preferred using one or more relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, My SQL, Snowflake or similar. 3 years of Dev Ops experience. 2 years of Proven cloud web application development experience STRONGLY preferred, using AWS technologies such as AWS Amplify, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway 1 year of Excellent communication and teamwork skills 4 years of Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field.
