Job position : Senior UX ResearcherJob location : Tampa, FL / Jersey City, NJJob Responsibilities:Conduct user research using a variety of methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.Analyze and synthesize research findings to create meaningful insights and user personas.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.Develop and maintain research documentation, including research plans, reports, and presentations.Design and execute usability tests to evaluate and iterate on design solutions.Advocate for the user by presenting research findings to stakeholders and ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of product development.Stay current with UX trends, best practices, and emerging research methods.Life at Capgemini:Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
