A Data Architect at Arvest designs and establishes the solution architecture for assigned analytical platforms and data-enabled solutions in alignment with desired business outcomes. They are the go-to person who understands how the organizations data platform integrates within the overall technical architecture. As a member of the IT team, the Data Architect must have broad understanding of the entire data & analytics eco-system of tools and technologies, with hands-on experience across all three of the core data domains of data science, data engineering, and data visualization.

What Youll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)

Assist with the creation of Enterprise Architecture Principles, delivery and development standards, and data management processes and procedures.

Act as a technical mentor to key stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requested business outcomes.

Create and maintain documentation of all data architecture artifacts by utilizing high-quality, high-performance design patterns. Reference architectures that balance availability, scalability, and functionality with rapid time to market.

Utilize methodology to develop baseline, transition and target architectures and onboard new applications throughout the platform lifecycle.

Collaborate with delivery teams and other Architects to address high priority technical challenges and manage interdependencies of roadmaps.

Set the direction and establish the approach for integrating information applications and programs.

Communicate with developers and validate their solutions before development and during QA to validate business needs are met.

Identify opportunities across the enterprise domain by highlighting new products and technical capabilities from product releases and acquisitions.

Enhance Arvests image through participation in industry and technology conferences. Build awareness of existing and emerging deployment models.

Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank\'s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
