TRISTAR is seeking a Systems Engineer for our government customer in Crane, IN
Will be responsible for assessing the MK-59 systemShall be able to determining problems, and provide solutions to issues that arise, designing systems, upgrading systems, maintaining systems and brainstorming possible improvements that can be made to a system in the future
Position Responsibilities
Creating control features to ensure systems effectively meet the organization’s quality standardsEngaging in quality control procedures to ensure that systems are efficient and operationalPerforming a cost-benefit analysisEnsuring that the system is operating at maximum efficiencyRequirements:Shall be able to use Logic and reasoning when troubleshooting difficult issuesCandidates must be able to develop solutions to problems, as well as manage multiple issues at the same timeUnderstanding and appropriately responding to feedback is an important aspect of this positionAdvanced math skills are commonly used in analysis and designBoth oral and written communication skills are vital to relaying important information, training new staff members and communicating about solutions to complex problemsMUST be a US CitizenAn active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one
Education and Certifications:
BS/MS degree in Engineering
