In this role, you will collect and process blood samples, assist in daily operations, and maintain high-quality customer service. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse tests and procedures while ensuring a professional and efficient experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Perform blood draws in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to recognized organizations and state regulations guidelinesSupport daily operational tasks, such as maintaining inventory, handling specimens, and processing test requisitionsExcellent customer service skills, including the ability to confidently make lab test recommendations and put customers at ease during the phlebotomy processAssist in toxicology testing and DNA collectionsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks as neededParticipate in team training and continuous education programs, following protocols provided by Any Lab Test NowStrong organizational skills with the ability to track inventory, keep records, order suppliesRequirements:
Current phlebotomy licenseAt least 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting is preferredFamiliarity with various types of blood collection tubes and proceduresStrong multitasking abilities and excellent interpersonal skillsCommitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulationsSale or customer service experienceComputer skills- usage of MS Word and Email. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.Experience doing drug sceens is a plusMedical Assistance license is a plusHours for the position are as follows:Full Time- Monday through Friday 8:30A - 6:00P AND Saturday 10:00A - 2:00P
