ProjectClient's Cloud Strategy & Insights team is looking for a Senior Data Analyst who is passionate about using big data to deliver phenomenal customer experiences and inform business decisions.Understanding customer behavior through hypothesis validation deep dive analysis, developing hypotheses and testing them through rigorous experimentation forms the core of our team.We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and can take ownership. Additionally, you should have experience working in cross functional environments, leading change, and communicating effectively to executive and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
Leverage clickstream data and transactional data to uncover insights based on customer journeyFormulate hypothesis that could help unlock bottlenecks and drive better user experience on the platformsCollaborate with engineering, product and UX teams to identify the analytics instrumentation needed and validate the accuracy of the telemetry on staging and production environments.Provide analytics requirements for conducting A/B Tests and help with the test design, setup, detailed analysis and recommendationDevelop compelling stories that convey the relevant synthesized insights to various internal partner audiencesPartner with various cross-functional teams (Engagement & Retention, Data Science, Finance, Engineering, Product, and Marketing) to drive growth in Document Cloud's Family of ProductsLeverage statistical and data science models to analyze and better understand the end-to-end customer journey, from acquisition and conversion to engagement and retentionUtilize dashboarding tools such as Power BI and Tableau for descriptive and diagnostic analysesRequired Skills
5 to 6 Years of industry experience in data/business analysis with hands-on SQL expertiseAt least 2-3 years' experience in conducting A/B testing. Any experience with experimentation on mobile platforms will be a bonus.Familiarity with clickstream data and big data platforms such as HadoopBA/BS in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or other quantitative fields. Master is preferred.Experience with programming language such as Python, R and data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BIStatistical Modelling in Microsoft Excel or Power PivotUnderstanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining concepts, and a record of solving problems with these methods.Excellent communication (verbal and written), relationship skills, and a strong team player
