**Must-Have:**- Experience in Trauma, Stroke, STEMI, Sepsis, Moderate Sedation
**Job Description:**- Join a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art facility providing comprehensive healthcare services across a diverse range of needs including medical, surgical, and rehabilitation.- Work within a level III trauma center recognized for excellence and innovation in healthcare services.- Enjoy the benefits of team nursing with the support of a social worker assigned to the department and a unit educator.- Responsibilities include managing patient care with a variety of equipment such as the Zoll Defibrillator and Ultrasound Guided IV.- Provide care for a broad patient population including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients with conditions such as ESRD, Cirrhosis, COPD, and Psychiatric disorders.- Maintain patient ratios of 4:1 in Main ED and 6:1 in Fast Track to ensure quality care and patient safety.- Engage in a vibrant, affordable community offering unique attractions and recreational opportunities in proximity to beautiful natural landscapes.- Enhance professional development in an environment that values innovation and patient-centered care.
