Job Summary This position is responsible for establishing the Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture strategy, setting standards for Salesforce Administrators, and managing to salesforce administration and development best practices. Leverages an advanced understanding of general business operations and existing frameworks for design, build and release of solutions and capabilities. Define and enhance design and build standards for the organization. Mentor and coach other administrators. What you will do Establish a Salesforce architecture strategy aligned with business goals and objectives Define and implement best practices for technical analysis, design, develop, test, and implement solutions/applications with necessary customizations and integrations Define and execute user management best practices by managing profiles, roles, permissions, and other user related access items Collaborate with team members to provide general administration of the salesforce ecosystem as needed Perform technical analysis, design, develop, test, and implement solutions/applications with necessary customizations and integrations Define the standards for monitoring the overall health of operational processes and underlying systems with reports, dashboards, queries, and other relevant tools Build, customize, and supports CPQ and Billing cloud objects Custom develops on the Salesforce Platform with a strong preference for native functionality, declarative automations (process builder, flow), and Lightning components Develop data quality standards and strategies to promote data cleanliness and correct data-related issues and support data migrations with merges, deletes, updates and inserts Create, modify, and maintain documentation on Salesforce solutions and related business processes Qualifications Must haves Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional working experience 6 years of experience configuring Salesforce using process builder, validation rules, Lightning flow, roles and profiles, data loader, reports, and dashboards Experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce/Steelbrick CPQ Experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce Billing in a quote to invoice or quote to cash environment Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot CPQ and billing related issues Demonstrated ability to architect and design feature enhancements and improvements for Salesforce CPQ/Billing aligned with business goals and objectives Experience defining design/build standards and processes to be followed by more junior administrators Knowledge of the architecture, capabilities, and constraints of the Salesforce application as a whole Experience installing and managing AppExchange applications Advanced experience writing queries in SQL/SOQL Specialized experience in 2 or more salesforce-integrated solutions specific to marketing, sales, or service operations Demonstrated expertise and understanding of industry best practices in the operations of at least 1 of the following functional areas: Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Experience with cloud data maintenance applications such DemandTools, Cloudingo or similar Experience with DevOps tools, specifically Copado or Gearset Experience with leading a Salesforce implementation Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using REST & BULK APIs Good verbal and written communication skills, particularly around technical documentation Good presentation and public speaking skills Ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company Nice to have Proven experience with Scrum or other Agile development methods Salesforce Administrator/Developer/Platform App Builder or CPQ certification Experience with Conga, AdobeSign, Great Plains, or other related solutions Advanced Apex knowledge preferred What you get as a Henry Schein One Employee A great place to work with fantastic people A career in the healthcare technology industry, with the ability to grow and realize your full potential Competitive compensation Excellent benefits package Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401K Plan with Company Match, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Parental Leave, Short Term Disability, Work Life Assistance Program, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Education Benefits, Worldwide Scholarship Program, Volunteer Opportunities, and more The posted range for this position is $115,350 - $173,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a 12.5% bonus not reflected in the posted range.
