If you answered yes to these questions, you might be the ideal candidate to join the Compliance Team as a Business Support Specialist in the Fair Lending and Quality Assurance Section. This team compiles and reviews information from across nearly every bank area for management and regulatory reporting under CRA and HMDA. This critical position researches ever-changing regulations, helps solve problems, ensurescomplianceand identifies areas where the bank can provide additional training or improve processes. Salary: Level II - $30.43/hour minimum; Level III - $36.90/hour minimum. Job/salary offer would be commensurate with job level and experience.
