Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) and Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) certifications required within 12 months of hire.Job Details
Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) and Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) certifications within 12 months of hire.The Sterile Processing Department (SPD) Technician cleans, disinfects, and sterilizes all instruments used for surgical procedures and patient care, performs all daily biological and sterile supply testing and maintains logs for each.Functions throughout the facility to organize and direct instrument needs to units.Assists clinical operations as needed with endoscopy procedures.Stocks and orders supplies for unit as directed.Will be responsible for understanding and being fully involved in completion of competencies based on AVH policies, AORN, AAMI, HSPA, and CER standards.Job Requirements
MUST be healthy enough to safely function in a low oxygen environment (8,000' in elevation).Schedule Information
