We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.Senior Product Manager, Access and Affordability Messaging & Marketing Analytics
is a member of the Patient Support Program team and a critical role within the commercial organization, responsible for developing and implementing cost, coverage, and access strategies and tactics for different audiences to support patient access to their HCPs’ prescribed therapy. Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to effectively engage with US Market Access, Brand Marketing, Field Sales leadership, and more.What You’ll Work OnSpecific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Define and advance cost & coverage marketing strategy for a multi-billion dollar brand.Lead the development of access and affordability messaging and promotional materials to communicate access and affordability to HCPs, patients, and health systems.Analyze claims data and identify patterns, trends, and correlations that can help businesses make better decisions.Partner with US Market Access, Sales Leadership, Brand, and Payer Solutions to identify access pull-through opportunities.Leverage insights generated by cross-functional partners to advance market leadership.Proactively identify opportunities for market research, and lead projects to enhance landscape knowledge to drive competitive performance.Lead the development of patient messaging and resources to effectively support patients through access and affordability challenges.Responsible for ensuring all materials and tools are approved and implemented through the MLR process.Understand and anticipate the implications of changing market access dynamics.Required QualificationsBachelors Degree with at least 4-6 years related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience. Product management experience in medical products or services preferred. Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking, and analysis of market conditions.Preferred QualificationsBachelors Degree with at least 8 years related experience, with at least two years of experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 4+ years of related experience.Product management experience in medical products or services preferred. Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking, and analysis of market conditions.Expertise working with large data sets and generating impactful insights.Experience working in highly cross-functional organizations.Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative in dynamic environments.Previous experience working with agencies on the creation of materials preferred.Previous experience in Life Science industries preferred.Previous experience with a focus on Payer Marketing preferred.Must demonstrate the ability to develop materials and tools in accordance with the compliance and guideline boundaries of the customer-facing team.Strong project management skills, setting and executing against deadlines and delivering on commitments.Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to mobilize key stakeholders and engage senior leadership.Demonstrated success in maintaining productive/collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners.Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Enthusiasm and self-motivation are essential.Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership capabilities including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers and develop and coach others to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.Apply Now* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
