A 465-bed regional healthcare system serving Kentucky and Ohio is offering an outstanding opportunity for a BE/BC Urologist.
The incoming physician will receive 75th Percentile MGMA salary guarantees, along with RVU productivity bonuses and quality/customer incentives (income potential $900,000+). The health system also provides excellent benefits and paid malpractice. The practice promotes work-life balance with a flexible work schedule, manageable call, and 7 weeks paid time off. There is a 4-day work week option as well.
The practice features 5 urologists, supported by a team of experienced advanced providers. The health system serves a growing patient population of 750,000 in eastern Kentucky, southern Ohio, and West Virginia. With a vast network of primary care providers and referrals from 20 area hospitals, this group has a vibrant practice.

Dedicated urology-specific surgery teams, quick room turnarounds, and robotics. Our newest procedures include Aquablation and Urolift for BPH, and Bulkamid for urinary stress incontinence.On-campus Urology Procedure Center that provides urodynamics, prostate seed implants, prostate biopsy, cystoscopy, and stent removal.The community is safe and family-friendly, with great schools, affordable living, and excellent local shopping and dining. The town also features access to beautiful state and national parks and a variety of outdoor pursuits (hiking, skiing, whitewater rafting, golf, tennis, cave exploration, hunting, and fishing).
